<p>The invention provides a mycobacterial expression vector containing exogenous DNA encoding a protein of interest (e.g. an antigen) under the control of the promoter and ribosomal binding site for the 64 KD protein of Mycobacterium bovis BCG. Also provided are mycobacteria transformed with the mycobacterial expression vectors and vaccine compositions comprising the transformed mycobacteria.</p> |
