PURPOSE:To obtain the titled molded article unified strongly, by a method wherein additional parts having a base part provided with a hole communicating with an inner space and a connecting part are unified with a hollow molded article while air in the inner space is being discharged outside. CONSTITUTION:An inner space 3c is formed between a base part 3b and a connecting part 3a extending in parallel with the base part 3b, additional parts 3 obtained by providing a communicating hole 3d communicating with the space 3c on the base 3b is set in a molding space 5a of a molding die 5, and closing is done by containing parison 6 into the space 5a after the communicating hole 3d has been made to align with an exhaust hole 5d of the molding die 5. Then compressed gas is blown into the parison 6 which is made to deform along a molding surface 6a of a molding die 5 and the additional parts 3 and wall parts 6a, 6a' of the parison 6 is made to enter within the space 3c which is made to unify by filling the parison 6 while air in the inside of the space 3c is being exhausted in an external space 4 through the communicating hole 3d and the exhaust hole 5d. |
