<p>PURPOSE:To easily and economically write data peculiar to each vehicle with a specific person by using an operating means to record peculiar data only at the time of reading an identification code from an identification means. CONSTITUTION:Digital running data generated in a digital running data generat ing means 111 by monitoring the running state of a vehicle and data peculiar to the vehicle which is freely rewritably recorded in an internal recording medi um 14 are recorded in an external recording medium 17 by a recording means 112. When the identification code of a recording means 3 for identification which is so constituted that it can be set instead of the external recording medium 17 is read in, a peculiar data write means 113 writes peculiar data in the internal recording medium 14 or changes peculiar data in the internal recording medium 14 in accordance with the operation of an operation means 16. Thus, the data peculiar to each vehicle can be easily and economically written by a specific person.</p> |
