PURPOSE:To prevent drying at the time of delivering ink and to accurately print a pattern by always wetting an intaglio printing plate, transferring ink from the plate to a blanket at the time of printing, and substantially simultaneously transferring ink from the blanket to a matter to be printed. CONSTITUTION:A plate cylinder 4 always rotating is brought into contact with a blanket 30 of a blanket cylinder 3 to transfer ink to the blanket 30. The blanket 30 receiving the ink is brought into contact with a matter (e.g. a glass plate) 8 to be printed to be transferred with the ink, and simultaneously conduct ink transfer and ink printing in a rotary manner. Except the time of printing, the cylinder 3 is raised, the cylinder 4 is also moved to be separated from the cylinder 3 in an inking state, the blanket 30 is maintained in a constant state by a drier 5, and ink on the intaglio printing plate is in a standby state without drying by an ink supply unit 6. |
