PURPOSE:To obtain a battery having excellent liquid-leak tightness by insertion- forming high adhesive property resin on the peripheral edge of a sealing plate. CONSTITUTION:A sealing plate 6' having a shape, in which a vertically-standing part 6'b is provided on the most peripheral edge, is made, and polyolefine resin, added with a special functional group, is directly molded (insertion-molded) on the peripheral edge of the sealing plate 6' to make a gasket-integrated sealing plate. This sealing plate is used to assemble a battery, and the A part of a battery peripheral edge is local heated in the final process to solidify the adhesion of a gasket and a case. This eliminates a clearance between the gasket and the sealing plate, and directly sticks the gasket with the sealing plate and the gasket with the case to improve the liquid-leak tightness of the battery. |
