PURPOSE:To obtain a complete solid voltage storage element excellent in rapid charging and discharging characteristic by providing electrodes each incorporating complex oxide represented by AgxV2O5-y as an electrode active material, and an electron conductor material which is electrochemically inactive with the complex oxide. CONSTITUTION:Electrodes each incorporating a silver ion conductive solid electrolyte and complex oxide as an electrode active material, which is represented by AgxV2O5-y (wherein 0.6<=x<=0.8, and (y) denotes oxygen deficiency), an electron conductor material, which is electrochemically inactive with the complex oxide, are formed at both surfaces of a silver ion conductive solid electrolytic layer. Since AgxV2O5-y and the electrochemically inactive electron conductor material are incorporated in the electrode, electron conductivity in the electrode can be improved. |
