PURPOSE:To enable a delustered finish without appearance defects such as cloud, luster dispersion, and the like by the use of a delustered abutting plate made of a chrome plated stainless steel in forming a thermosetting resin decorative laminated sheet by interposing paper or cloth being application-impregnated and then dried with thermosetting resin. CONSTITUTION:On five sheets of paper for a phenol resin impregnated core material layer, paper for decorative layer being impregnated with melamine resin is placed, furthermore, a delustered abutting plate made of chrome plated stainless steel having a thickness of 2.0mm is mounted thereon, and these processes are repeated alternately, and a lamination-formed set of 16 layers in total are inserted into a press. Pressure of 100kg/cm<2> is applied them, and then they are heated to 150 deg.C for 50 minutes of heating times, and thereafter cooled for 30 minutes so as to obtain a deluster-finished melamine resin decorative laminated sheet having a thickness of 1.2mm. |
