PURPOSE:To reduce the cost and save the space, and to simplify the mechanism by constituting a lens unit and a mirror unit so that they can move on one straight shaft, and using mutually independent mechanisms and motors for the movement. CONSTITUTION:This device is equipped with the lens unit 1 for enlarging and reducing a copy image, the mirror unit 2 for putting the enlarged or reduced image in focus, a driving device 4 which drives those lens unit 1 and mirror unit 2, and a driving transmitting mechanism which transmits the driving power of this driving device 4 to the lens unit 1 and mirror unit 2. Then a pulse motor is used for the driving device 4 and a detecting means 5 for the stand-by state and copy state of the image forming device and a single-phase exciting means 6 for the pulse motor 4 are provided; when the detecting means 5 detects the stand-by state or copy state of the image forming device, the pulse motor is energized in a single-phase state to have a holding force. Consequently, the cost is reduced, the space is saved, and the mechanism is simplified. |
