PURPOSE:To improve the mount accuracy of a support spring by forming a recessed part to at least one of moving part and a stator part opposite to each end of a support spring, positioning at least one of the ends into the recessed part in non-contact and packing and curing a fluid material of secular curing to the recessed part. CONSTITUTION:An end of a support spring 3 placed between a moving part 1 and a fixed part 2 is positioned in a recessed part formed to the moving part 1 in a floating state, and after the positioning is kept till an adhesives 4 is cured and the end is fixed. Thus, a torsional spring constant between the ends is made constant to prevent occurrence of an unbalanced stress between the ends to place the ends on a same line. Then the mount accuracy of the ends of the support spring 3 is improved by uniformizing the occurrence of the stress at the ends of the support spring 3. |
