<p>PURPOSE:To provide a multilayer bellows pipe of high flexibility with a hoop end edge part closely attached by winding-in a hoop material by a fixed outside diameter and number of windings, so that a notched line applied to the hoop material is faced to the outside, to form a pipe unit and applying corrugation work to this pipe unit thereafter cut-removing the outer from the notched line. CONSTITUTION:A notched line 1' is applied in the lengthwise direction of a product with a suitable space provided from one end edge part of a hoop material 1, and a pipe unit 2 is formed by winding-around the hoop material exceeding the notched line 1' so that it is faced to the outside. The formed pipe unit 2 is closely attached even in the one end part exceeding the notched line l'. When a bellows part 3 is formed by applying corrugation work to the pipe unit 2 under this condition, a peripheral end edge part is placed in a floating condition from a part exceeding the notched line, but a multilayer bellows pipe, in which the hoop end edge part is closely attached, is obtained when an outer part la from the notched line is removed.</p> |
