<p>PURPOSE:To excellently keep the surface quality and the sheet shape in the cold rolling time by executing the alkali cleaning in the transverse direction of the sheet to be rolled with the specific condition, at least, more than one time until the final pass in the cold rolling of the metallic material. CONSTITUTION:On the cold sheet rolling for the metallic material, the alkali cleaning is executed in the transverse direction of the material to be rolled with the alkali solution having >=pH10 during 1-300sec, at least, more than one time until the final pass is executed uniformly or un-uniformly. Consequently, the sheet shape and the surface quality in the cold rolling time can be excellently kept with the comparatively low cost.</p> |
