摘要 PURPOSE:To form an insulating film having a uniform thickness as a whole and excellent in adhesive properties on a solid object by embedding deformable members, in which a liquid or gas is packed, in a large quantity of solid particle materials placed on the outer surface side of an insulating thin film and utilizing expansion pressure generated by heating the deformable members in curing resin impregnated in the insulating thin film while pressing said film. CONSTITUTION:A tape, for example, a glass-lined mica tape, which is brought to a semi-cured state by impregnating the tape with, for example, an epoxy thermosetting resin, is wound to make insulating coils 1a. Then, deformable members 6, wherein a liquid 13 which is vaporized and expanded by heating, such as, for example, water, is contained, are put into a vessel 7 set in advance on a cart 10, together with the insulating coils 1a. After closing the vessel 7, it is heated in a heating oven 11. As a result, a group of solid particle materials 5 is subjected to a pressing force generated by the vaporization and expansion of the liquid contained in the deformable members 6, whereby the insulating tape layers on the insulating coils are uniformly pressed.
