PURPOSE:To improve fixing strength and fixing reliability with the cost of manufacture reduced by dividing a damper into the first and second units to form an integral shape and forming a second unit flexible part of soft material, peripheral fixing part of hard resin material and a second unit fixing part of hard resin material. CONSTITUTION:A damper 10 is built into an integral unit by arranging the second unit 16 as a vessel main unit with its opening in a direction to an upper side to fill the interior with high viscous fluid 12 thereafter by fixing the first unit 14 as a cover unit placed on the second unit 16. Here, the first and second units 14, 16 can be fixed by various methods, but these units are fixed by fixing mutual resins through, for instance, heat deposition or ultrasonic deposition. Then, the first and second units 14, 16 can be firmly fixed even when the high viscous fluid 12 first adheres to a mating face of these units 14, 16. In the case of fixing the first unit 14 to the second unit 16, for instance, by the ultrasonic deposition, the first and second units 14, 16 can be efficiently built in a short time of sufficiently about several seconds required for fixing. |
