PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit heat insulating and air-tight ventilation without necessitating any louver, dormer and the like by a method wherein a door body, provided at one side of an opening for a ventilating device main body, is equipped with a movable body and a heat insulating material, retained by the movable body, while at least one of the opening of a door mounting side or a door body is provided with an air-tight member. SOLUTION: A ventilating device 1 is equipped with a box shape ventilating device main body 2, and a fan 32 is attached to the rear opening unit 10 of a rear wall 8. A hinge 22 is formed on the inner wall of a low wall 20 for the ventilating device main body 2, and an opening and closing damper 26 constituting the door body is supported pivotally through a hinge pin 24. The opening and closing damper 26 is equipped with a movable frame body 28 and a heat insulating material 30, retained in the movable frame body 28. Further, the opening and closing damper 26 is provided with an air-tight member 38 on a surface 36 abutted against an opening unit 6, along the periphery of the opening unit. In this case, the air-tight member 38 can be provided on either the movable frame 28, or the heat insulating material 30 as far as the surface 36 is the side abutting against the opening unit 6. |
