PURPOSE:To obtain an article being capable of performing core extracting work without damaging fibers and being made a joining hole by the use of a taper pin holder that is disposed equally radially with taper pins and taper pin insertion tapered holes and a detachable taper pin pressing ring that serves to press-hold the insertion taper pins inside therefrom. CONSTITUTION:On a pin holder 3, a plurality of taper holes 4 are provided radially, and pins to be inserted in this holes are allowed to be taper pins 2a that are also tapered toward the tip thereof. As a taper pin presser for pressing the taper pins from the inside, a taper pin pressing ring 5 is provided for pressing the taper pins from the inside thereof. Thereafter, fibers are wound round between the taper pins 2,2 at both ends and, after baking, the taper pin pressing ring 5 is removed therefrom, and then the taper pins 2a are hit toward the inside, after that, the pin holder 3 is removed therefrom. By the method aforementioned, manufacturing is effected without severing the fibers. Since an article can be made which has holes in its ends, the connection of flanges or metal couplings is rendered possible by utilizing this method. |
