PURPOSE:To prevent an outgoing lead from being displaced at the time of sealing treatment and to obtain good airtightness by sticking an outgoing lead to a sealing part of a board by means of low melting point amorphous glass and crystallized glass and sticking a lid to the sealing part of the board, to which the outgoing lead is stuck, by means of low melting point amorphous glass in order to airtightly seal. CONSTITUTION:An outgoing lead 3 stuck and fixed on a ceramic board 2 is cut to be molded by bending. In this state, crystallized glass 5 is provided on the inside and low melting point amorphous glass 6 is provided on the outside annularly respectively. Width of an annular sealing part 2b is, for instance, about 1.5 to 2.5mm and width of crystallized glass is about 1/2 of width of the sealing part 2b. Next, a lid 4 stuck with low melting point amorphous glass 7 is stuck on the sealing part 2b of a ceramic board 2 by melting low melting point amorphous glass 7 by heat treatment. |
