<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate contaminations of a device and the surface of a laminated plate from the end of a laminated base material at the time of molding by continuously superposed filmlike materials on metal foils of both side edges of the long base material in a pressure zone of a heating and pressurizing apparatus so as to be extended from the outside of the end of the base material, heating, and pressure molding it. CONSTITUTION:A long laminated base material made by laminating resin- immersed base materials 1, 1', 1'' in which long fibrous base materials are continuously immersed with resin solution, and laminating long metal foils 2, 2' simultaneously or thereafter, is introduced into a double belt press. In the case of heating and press-molding it, materials 2, 3', 3'', 3''' are continuously superposed on the metal foils of both side edges of the base material simultaneously or before the base material is introduced to the press so as to be extended from the outside of the end of the base material.</p> |
