摘要

A circuit for detecting power up condition in an internally regulated voltage supply circuit for very large scale integrated circuit applicaiton is described. the circuit generates a positive going pulse when external supply ramps up and the pulse disappears when internal voltage level reaches a preset percentage of external supply voltage. The circuit is capable of detecting extremely fast ramp up as well as extremely slow ramp up without consuming DC standby current. <IMAGE>
