PURPOSE:To prevent excess output just after command and to obtain laser output kept well controlled since just after command. CONSTITUTION:Laser light C outputted from a laser oscillator 101 is detected by a photosensor 102, and laser output C is controlled by feedback from output signal D. Laser output command signal A passes through a filter 103 and is inputted to an adder 104 together with feedback signal D. The adder 104 calculates a deviation between the resulting laser output command signal E and feedback signal D. An error amplifier 105 detects the deviation and amplifies it. An adder 106 adds the laser output command signal A and the signal from the error amplifier 105 to amplify and correct the laser output command signal A. Laser output command signal resulting from this action is inputted to a laser oscillator 101 and converted into laser light C to output it. |
