PURPOSE:To improve the operability by interlocking an original-presser side transmission wheel body and a cartridge-side driving mechanism with each other while an additional information cartridge is loaded, moving a recording medium cyclically at right angles to an original scanning direction, and selecting record and an addition position. CONSTITUTION:A switch for information selection is pressed while an information addition mode is selected to select information to be added and the addition position of the selected information, and 1st copying operation is performed to record an image of an original on recording paper. Then the transmission mechanism 38 is rotated by a stepping motor 39 next to move the recording medium 26 cyclically by a necessary quantity, and the selected information is moved at right angles to the original scanning direction and stopped at a specific position. Then 2nd copying operation is performed and an exposure scan is made up to the position of the additional information cartridge A to add the selected information at the selected position on the recording paper. Consequently, plural pieces of information recorded on the endless belt type recording medium can be selected and added to improve the operability. |
