摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain the CT device with high resolution by providing a means which reduces the diameter of a beam between an electron beam generating device and a target and making an X-ray generation area from the target small. CONSTITUTION:An accelerator 1 is the electron beam generating device and a charged particle converging device 2 is installed between the accelerator 1 and target 3 to converge an electron beam 24 which is transmitted through a vacuum holding film 23 on the target 3. Then a body 6 to be inspected is scanned by a CT scanner 5 by translation and rotation, and an X-ray beam 10 which is generated by the target 3 and transmitted through the body 6 to be inspected is detected 8; and transmission data is processed to obtain a tomographic image of the object body 6. Here, a stop 22 is provided at the focus position of the electron beam 24 with prescribed energy to remove an electron beam 25 having energy other than the prescribed energy and the beam 24 is converged by a trailing convergence coil 24 again and focused on the target 3 to obtain an electron beam having an extremely small diameter; and the diameter of X rays generated by the target 3 is reduced to inspect the object body with high spatial resolution.
