<p>PURPOSE:To keep the secrecy of a control procedure and control contents to the third person by executing the change processing of a digit or the inversion processing of a data to the specified digit of a binary signal by a transforming means. CONSTITUTION:A transforming means 3 is provided to input the binary signal having plural digits, to execute the change of the digit or the inversion of the data to the specified digit of this signal and to output this signal afterwards, and an operation part 5 is provided to execute prescribed operations based on the output of this transforming means 3. Namely, the binary signal to be outputted from a microcomputer 1 or the like receives the data transform processing by this transforming means 3, and the operation part executes the prescribed operations based on the signal after data transformation. Therefore, since the output of the microcomputer is not a control command itself, the third person can not know the control process or control contents only by investigating the output of the microcomputer or the like. Thus, the semiconductor integrated circuit can be obtained with the security protection function so that it can be difficult for the third person to know information such as the control procedure and control contents.</p> |
