<p>PURPOSE:To apply a bar code system even to a product not being displayed in a bar code by displaying the bar code in accordance with an input signal on a display device, and reading it with a bar code scanner. CONSTITUTION:This device is comprised in such a way that the weight signal of perishable foods 12 measured with a weighing apparatus 11 is sent to the display device 13 as the input signal, and is displayed on a weight display 14 in figure, and also, the bar code 6 in accordance with the figure is displayed on a bar code display 15. Also, it is comprised in such a way that the bar code 6 displayed on the bar code display 15 is read with the bar code scanner 17 attached on a POS register 16, and is inputted to the POS register 16.</p> |
