SUBSTANCE: product: physiologically acceptable 1R-cis, 1'R-cis-2,2'-(3,11-dioxo-4,10-dioxatridecylene)-bis- -1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-6,7-dimethoxy-2-methyl-1-veratryl isoquinoline salt free of other geometric and optical isomers, and composition stimulating nervous-muscle blockade based on thereof. 1R-cis, 1'R-cis-isomer shows preferable combination of pharmacological properties and less harmful effect on autonomic nervous system as compared with the known mixture of geometric and optical isomers.
