PURPOSE:To prevent the deformation of a BPB due to oxidation by making the outer size of a metal powder sintered plate slightly smaller than the outer size of both tapes, and enveloping the periphery of the metal powder sintered plate with peripheries of both tapes. CONSTITUTION:An electrolyte plate 11 is constituted of a thin tape 2 and a thick tape 3 molded with LiAlO2 powder as a base, a BPB 4 made of a metal powder sintered plate is arranged between both tapes 2, 3 to form a layer shape, the thickness of the BPB 4 is set to 200mum or below, and the outer size of the BPB 4 is made smaller than the outer size of both tapes 2, 3 by a size (1) at the periphery, where the size (1) is 2mm or above. The thick tape 3 of the tapes 2, 3 molded with the electrolyte plate 11 is deformed more in the degreasing process, its periphery section is brought into contact with the thin tape 2, and the periphery of the BPB 4 is enveloped by both tapes 2, 3. The periphery of the BPB 4 is cut off from the surrounding oxidizing atmosphere, the deformation of the BPB 4 due to oxidation can be prevented, and the soundness of the BPB 4 can be maintained. |
