PURPOSE:To increase longitudinal rigidity and prevent the occurrence of a step on connected louver units when they are transported as they are by fixing the multiple louver units connected in the longitudinal direction in one frame. CONSTITUTION:Integrally connected louver units 10, 11. are assembled into a frame 9 from above, side plates 18 are mounted on a bottom plate 39, and connection sections 37 of connecting plates 27 are hooked on reinforcing plates 40. Support pieces 41 fitted with V-springs 13 are inserted into slit holes 35 of the connection sections 37 of the connecting plates 27, the support pieces 41 and the connection sections 37 of the connecting plates 27 and the reinforcing plates 40 are fixed with rivets 38, and louver fixing plates 42 bent and formed into a U-shape are assembled on both ends of the integrally connected louver units 10, 11 and fixed to the reinforcing plates 42 at both ends of the frame 9 with rivets 38. Two longitudinally connected louver units 10, 11 are fixed to one frame 9 via the connecting plates 27 and the connection sections 37, thus they can be handled as one louver 12 with high longitudinal rigidity. |
