PURPOSE:To substiture a processing element for a spare one by means of the simple control of switching elements by setting a processing module consisting of the processing element and a connection switching means to be a basic element. CONSTITUTION:The processing module(PM) 100 is constituted by the processing element(PE) 110 and the switching elements 131-133, 231-233. Wirings 141-146 and 241-246 connect adjacent PM 100 and wiring 151-153, 161-163, 251-253 and 261-263 connect respective switching elements and PE 110. Thus, the switching of the switching elements can be controlled with such constitution and the wirings connecting PE in adjacent PM and the wiring connecting PE in two PM, which jump PM, can be formed. Consequently, control for avoiding fault PE can be executed in a PM unit. |
