PURPOSE:To attain circuit constitution for a small sized, light in weight and simple radio base station and to facilitate power saving and maintenance by providing a signal speed conversion circuit for the conversion or the decoding of a signal speed and the assignment or the selection of a time slot, a signal allocation circuit, a signal selection circuit and a signal speed decoding circuit on a radio system exchange. CONSTITUTION:A signal speed conversion circuit 51 converts the speed of plural divided signals into a high speed respectively with respect to an input signal from a wired system exchange 18 to a radio system exchange 19. Then the signal is exchanged corresponding to the call signal, a signal assignment circuit 52 arranges signals in time series so as not to be overlapped with each other and sends the result to a radio base station 30. The signal sent from the radio base station 30 is separated corresponding to each communication signal by a signal selection circuit 39 and exchanged and the speed of the signal is converted into a low speed by a signal speed decoding circuit 38. After the original transmission signal from the mobile radio equipment 19 is decoded, the result is sent to a wired system exchange 18. Thus, the radio base station 30 is miniaturized, recluced in weight, the low power consumption is attained and the maintenance is simplified. |
