PURPOSE:To miniaturize the filter device by employing at least one resonator resonated at a 1/4 wavelength or its integral number of multiple and forming shaft not straight. CONSTITUTION:The filter consists of plural resonators 1, 1... resonated at a 1/4 wavelength or its integral number of multiple and the resonators 1, 1... are made of a dielectric material and have a shaft not straight, and side faces and the surface of a throughhole 19 except both end faces are covered by a dielectric material. Moreover, a ground electrode 3 is formed to the lower face of a dielectric base 2 on which the dielectric resonators 1, 1... are mounted and an electrode in contact with the side face of the resonators 1, 1... covered by a conductor material is formed to the upper face. Since the filter consists of the resonators 1, 1... having a shaft not straight in such a way, the external dimension is made small and the miniaturization is attained. |
