An antiplaque oral composition with improved taste, comprising an effective antibacterial amount of the synergistic combination of hexetidine and tridecanol-1, in the ratio of 1:1 to 5:1 of hexetidine:tridecanol which inhibits the formation of dental plaque, in a dental vehicle having an acid pH of about 5-6. |
