PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply drain flushing water from a heating apparatus, and to excellently prevent the no-water burning of the heating apparatus due to a leakage of water from a safety valve. SOLUTION: The heating apparatus 4 heating flushing water for flushing a private part at a proper temperature is constituted by providing a heating tank 12, in which a heater 15 heating flushing water at the proper temperature is incorporated, a float tank 16, in which a float switch 17 preventing the no- water burning of flushing water is incorporated, a vacuum valve 23, which opens a spout 25a in case of the water conveyance of flushing water and closes the spout in case of no-water conveyance while being able to communicate with the inside of atmospheric air in the heating apparatus, the safety valve 24 for letting excessive pressure applied to the heating apparatus escape and a drain plug 28 for draining flushing water in the heating apparatus as required. A slit 27 capable of making the suction pipe 23e of atmospheric air communicate with the inside of the heating apparatus even in case of the closing of the spout by a valve body 23b is formed to the valve seat 23a of the vacuum valve.
