A main unit (1) incorporates a computer system with an encoder (5). The unit receives from a retail unit contg. a conventional computer system also, or direct from a user unit, both with the same encoder as the main unit, an order for a payment medium. The medium incorporates at least: a retail unit identity, a payment receiver identity, or an order process. - The main unit encodes the read-in data together with the date for control, and transmits to the retail unit or user unit at least the following information: payment receiver identity, ordered process, date for transaction. The retail unit reads in the thus received data, and its balance is updated for further ordering after an order has been paid for by a consumer. - (Dwg.1/5) |
