PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circulation state monitoring device capable of correctly determining a circulation state of a patient. SOLUTION: A variation value ΔEBP of an estimated blood pressure value EBP determined by an estimated blood pressure value determining means 64 is determined by a variation value determining means 68, and in an abnormality determining means 72, it is determined that the circulation state is abnormal when generation of arrhythmias is determined by an arrhythmia determining means 70, and as the change value ΔEBP determined by the change value determining means 68 exceeds a determination reference value TH (Δ) which is preliminarily set. Abnormality in the circulation state is thus determined based on the arrhythmias and change of blood pressure, thereby the circulation state can be correctly determined. |
