PURPOSE:To avoid interference due to intermodulation wave sent from a stationary radio having plural units by setting an allocation radio channel when the electric field strength of the radio wave is a low electric field strength lower than a predetermined level. CONSTITUTION:A channel of an intermodulation wave generated when plural radio waves are sent from stationary radio station, that is, an IM wave is checked and when the channel is used by other station, a radio wave of other channel is checked so as not to interfere by the IM, and a radio wave is sent. In such a case, the stationary radio station has, e.g., three transmission reception units 1-3, the right side terminals are connected to an antenna via an antenna distributer, the left side terminals are connected to a radio system controller via a network control section and the downward terminals are connected to a common controller, which is connected to a storage unit. Thus, the interference due to an IM wave generated when the stationary radio station is going to send plural radio waves is avoided.
