PURPOSE:To re-issue a recording medium speedily by the information processing system which handles pieces of information regarding plural individuals without stopping the functions of the whole system even if the recording medium becomes abnormal by storing the information on an external storage medium and also in an information storage part. CONSTITUTION:If the information recording medium 18 itself becomes abnormal, the auxiliary information storage part 161 of an information processor that a user belongs to, e.g. information processor 111 to obtain all information regarding the user individual. Then a control part 131 edits the information and decides whether or not the information recording medium 18 is loaded in the information processor 111. When the information recording medium 18 is loaded in the information processor 111, a medium handling part 171 writes information on the information recording medium 18. Consequently, even if trouble occurs to the recording medium, an information recording medium can be re-issued speedily without stopping the function of the whole system. |
