<p>PURPOSE:To easily change data to be stored in an I/O buffer by transferring the data stored in nonvolatile memory to the I/O buffer between a first reset signal and a second reset signal. CONSTITUTION:The data to be set on the I/O buffers 7a-7l are stored in an EEPROM 3. When a power source is applied to a one-chip microcomputer 10 and an operating state is set, a reset circuit 13 is operated, and the first reset signal 12a changes from 'L' to 'H', and the data read out from the EEPROM 3 is sent to the I/O buffers 7a-7l. After transfer is completed, the second reset signal 12b changes from 'L' to 'H', and the reset of an internal circuit in the one-chip microcomputer 10 is cancelled, then, an operation migrates to an ordinary operation.</p> |
