A plasmid for the production of an inhibitory protein for phospholipase A2 originated from inflammatory sites, a microbial cell transformed with the plasmid, the protein, and a method of producing same by culturing with the cell, and a pharmaceutical composition for a suppression of allergic reactions comprising same as an active ingredient, are provided. The plasmid comprises a DNA sequence encoding an inhibitory protein for phospholipase A2 originated from inflammatory sites of rat and human, and a DNA sequence that acts as a promotor to regulate the expression of the protein. An Eschericia coli cell is mainly used as the host cell.
