PURPOSE:To cut the labor force and cost for feeding fresh seawater in producing dried laver through such processes as to charge an agitating tank with raw laver and seawater followed by mixing and agitation and remove the seawater, and cut and lay the laver on a drainboard followed by drying, by filtering the removed seawater and returning it to the agitating tank. CONSTITUTION:An agitating tank is charged with raw laver and seawater followed by mixing and agitation and then removing the seawater. The resultant laver is put to hydro-extraction, cut and laid on a drainboard and then dried. During these processes, the seawater put to hydro-extraction is filtered and returned to the agitating tank, thus obtaining the objective dried laver easily at low cost using a hygienic seawater. |
