PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an antireflection film using a multilayer film for the visible region (about 400-700 nm wavelength) applied to optical parts, and to obtain an optical member using the antireflection film. SOLUTION: The antireflection film comprises a multilayer film formed by stacking 14-17 layers based on alternate layers of TiO2 and SiO2 on the surface of a substrate from the substrate side toward the air side. |
