SUBSTRATE AND ITS PRODUCING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a substrate such that a high integration density, good high frequency conductors, an easy-to-arrange cooling mechanism and a waveguide can be used. SOLUTION: The substrate comprises at least two substrate individual layers 10 made of plastic by molding technology wherein each substrate individual layer has first and second functional faces. At least one positioning means 16 of microstructure is provided on the first and second functional faces and at least one conductor groove 12 of microstructure applied with a metal coating 18 is provided in one functional face.
