<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate the waste of useless waiting time of a patient by giving a consultation order for respective consultation departments from the number of the patients waiting for the consultation of respective consultation departments and printing the consultation order in an reception slip given to the patient when the patient consult plural consultation departments. CONSTITUTION:When a patient input device 10 inputs plural consultation departments which the patient desires and a consultation content, a consultation number setting means sets the number of consultation patients for respective consultation departments. When there are plural consultation departments of the patient, a consultation order setting means gives the consultation order as against the plural consultation departments of the patient from the number of consultation patients which the consultation order setting means sets and stores. A printer 11 prints the consultation order for respective consultation departments on the reception slip and discharges it.
