PURPOSE:To remove in high efficiency impurities such as the dead bodies of parasite from fish roe through such processes that a stock tank is charged with fish roe and water followed by agitation and the concentration of the roe is regulated by a concentration-regulating tank followed by further agitation with a cyclone, and separating impurities from the roe through specific gravity difference. CONSTITUTION:A stock tank 2 is charged with fish roe and water at the weight ratio of pref. 1:1 followed by agitation, and the weight ratio for them is regulated to 1:(10-50), using a concentration-regulating tank 4 followed by further agitation with a cyclone 4E and separating impurities from the roe, and the impurities are fed from a discharging port 4E2 to a foreign substance-treating tank 10, while the fish roe is fact from the discharging port to a final product storage tank 5. |
