PURPOSE:To prepare a cake free from the characteristic odor of bean curd, utilizing highly nutrient bean curd as a material for cake, by surrounding a piece of bean curd with fresh cream and pouring a fruit liquor to the curd. CONSTITUTION:The objective cake is prepared by placing 20-40g of fresh cream on and around 75cc of bean curd and pouring 1-10cc of fruit liquor on the curd. |
