PURPOSE:To automatically return to a normal action even when an erroneous action is generated by providing an initializing means to make the one plural latches to constitute a loop as 'H' and to make the others as 'L'. CONSTITUTION:An initializing circuit 6 makes a D latch 4 among the D latches LR1 to LRn and LW1 to LW(n-1) to constitute a loop 'H' and makes the other latches LR1 to LRn and LW1 to LW(n-1) 'L' with responding to time when the D latch 4 to constitute the loop becomes 'H' and the time when a forced reset signal is generated from a detecting circuit 5 respectively. Accordingly, when the D latches more than two among the D latches to constitute the loop become 'H' simultaneously, and when all the D latches to constitute the loop become 'L', they are initialized inevitably, only the D latch 4 becomes 'H', the other D latches become 'L' and it can be made as a normal state. Thus, even when an erroneous action is generated owing to the effect of noise and so on, it can be returned to a normal action automatically. |
