PURPOSE:To carry out fixing well by keeping in contact a heating roll at a specified surface temperature and a specified toner for a specified time. CONSTITUTION:A toner image on a transparent drum 10 is sunctioned by electric charge of the reverse polarity as the toner (for example, positive) by an electrifying device 30 and transferred onto a recording paper 60. Residue toner on the drum 10 is recovered by a cleaning device 40 and is disposed of or refed inside a developing device 20. The recording paper 60 on which the toner image is transferred is carried to a fixing device 70 and photosensitive toner 12 is fixed onto the recording paper 60 by the heating roller 71. When the fixing is carried out, by setting the surface temperature of the heating roll 71 to be from 170 deg. to 220 deg. and setting the contact time of the heating roll surface with the toner to be 0.07 to 0.5 seconds, the photosensitive toner can be fixed well onto the recording paper 60. |
