<p>PURPOSE:To execute flexible carrying by providing a program number setting means required for each work station based on the pallet number, which was read out at each work station, and the contents of a program number file. CONSTITUTION:Every time when workpieces of model, which is indicated by an indication means, is carried into the head work station, a program number file 15 is made. This file 15 shows the relation between a pallet number and program number based on the model of the workpiece carried in, the contents of a control file 7, and the pallet number for the workpiece, which is read out by a reading out means. In the next step, based on the pallet number, which was read out at each work station, and the contents of the program number file 15, program numbers required for each workstation are set and the working machine of each work station is also operated.</p> |
