PURPOSE:To polish in a clamping state, by providing a winding device consisting of a contact wheel made of the elastic spherical body provided at the tip, the vibration device thereof, the delivery spool of the polishing film fed to the contact wheel and winding spool, for the attachment main body equipped with a pressure adjusting device. CONSTITUTION:Polishing film 8 in roller winding are fed in order to a contact wheel 10 consisting of the elastic spherical body to which vibration motion and rotation motion are simultaneously given. Then, a free curved face is polished by the attachment equipped with a shank 1 which is made of the combination of the contact wheels 10 of different kind of the polishing film 8 and hardness of the elastic spherical body and installable to a mealing chuck. |
