PURPOSE:To feed a resin continuously to a material to be given with resin while permeating the resin up to the inside of the material to be given with resin, and to greatly reduce the cost of the feeding of the resin by giving the resin to the material passing continuously through a vacuum vessel by an applicator and heating the resin by a heater. CONSTITUTION:A solid textile material 15 introduced into a vacuum vessel 17 is coated with a resin, but the resin is removed approximately by a resin scraper 19 and a sufficient resin is not given to the solid textile material 15, thus replenishing a resin having comparatively low viscosity by a resin applicator 22 with a plurality of nozzles. The resin is softened by a heater 23 installed in the vacuum vessel 17 and permeated up to the inside of the solid textile material 15 by a capillary phenomenon in the solid textile material 15. The coated resin is removed by a resin scraper 25 having the same function as the resin scraper 19, but the leakage of the outside air is prevented by the action of the removed resin. The resin is introduced to a second heater section, to which a heater 2 is arranged, and included vacuum bubbles are dissipated in the second heater section. |
