PURPOSE:To obtain rolled soybeans, containing hemoferrum, capable of masking odor peculiar to soybeans, bitterness, grassy smell and metallic taste peculiar to the hemoferrum and enriched with iron. CONSTITUTION:The objective soybeans are obtained by blending hemoferrum in an amount of <=6g based on 1kg soybeans therein. |
