An ink refilling apparatus for a cartridge of an ink jet printer comprises an injector and a refill holder. The injector includes a cylinder containing ink and a piston inserted in the cylinder for ejecting the ink. A nozzle is formed integrally at an end of the cylinder. A receiving protrusion surrounds the nozzle and is formed with a male screw portion on its inner peripheral surface. The refill holder includes a base on which a cartridge is seated and first and second supporting portions which are bent perpendicularly to both ends of the base. An inserting protrusion having a female screw portion on its outer peripheral surface is formed at the first supporting portion. The injector is screw-coupled to the refill holder. A pressing hoop is forcedly mounted around the receiving protrusion of the injector. |
